Who's Watching?

Throughout the states on our network, citizens wishing to own a vehicle, obtain or renew a driver license or get an ID are required to wait in motor vehicle offices to perform these and a variety of tasks. Motor vehicle customers are subject to wait times upwards of one hour. During this extended wait, customers look for a source of entertainment and information. This is where the Motor Vehicle Network plays its part. Providing updated news and information, we are able to keep customers informed and entertained, without being a distraction to motor vehicle employees and others. Customers' perceived wait time has been shown to be much shorter, keeping them happy and making motor vehicle employees' jobs much more pleasant.
