History

The Motor Vehicle Network is a division of RNS Communications, Inc. Founded in 1988, RNS is a family-owned and operated sales and marketing corporation.

Richard Savage is President and founder of RNS Communications and the Motor Vehicle Network. Prior to establishing the MVN, Dick spent 22 years at the American Broadcast Company. He served as President of ABC-TV Spot Sales and as Vice President of the ABC Television Network.

The Motor Vehicle Network has been working successfully with state motor vehicle agencies since 1991. For over 15 years, the MVN has developed an expertise and proven approach that serves customers, advertisers and DMV offices alike.
